May want to check the itemization value difference between Gargon Bracers and the Hyjal Bracers. No way they should be ranked as superior. I think you'll notice it to after a cursory glance.
You are correct - I mistakenly left off the blue socket from Howling Wind Bracers, which would give it an HEP value of 177.1. Thanks for the catch!
Also of note, Gargon's Bracers have been changed from 7 mana/5 to 17 Spirit, which is a signficant reduction in its usefulness as shaman healing gear (from 163.1 to 131.9, putting it in 9th place). I'll be rechecking all the stats of new items once 2.3 goes live, but I'll go ahead and make this change now so that folks don't rush out to buy them on my recommendation.

I notice on the gear lists you don't include the Primal Mooncloth set. Is this simply because most shaman aren't tailors, or is there another reason?

Life-step Belt can't be bought with badges now. It drops from ZA as a timed loot from the bear boss.
I believe both Ringmail Girdles require 40 AB tokens, not 10.
I just uploaded a new version of the spreadsheet and updated the individual pages.
The ommission of the Primal Mooncloth set was simply an oversight on my part, especially since the chest and belt are very solid pieces of gear for us. I'll also add it to my next gear calculator update.
The honor and marks is incorrect for [Vindicator's Ringmail Bracers], only 11k+ honor and 20 WSG not 40 EotS
